Shipping costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase. This simple structure ensures transparency and makes budgeting for your new jewellery straightforward.

Your jewellery's safety is our priority. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent any damage during transit, providing you with peace of mind.
Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn in their original condition and packaging. The Gold Paradise does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with. Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 14 working days for your bank to complete. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
